I'm "franco-canadienne", a mom of 2 and founder of Lauren Monique and Parfaitement bilingue teaching resources.
In the past 10 years I went from French teacher, to resource creator to teacher mentor and consultant.
I'm on a mission to help language teachers simplify and streamline their teaching so that they can better support their students, feel more prepared and enjoy their careers.
While my main focus is on teachers, I also use my background in education, planning and systems as a consultant for online experts and coaches. You can find out more about my consulting work here.
As our Client Success Teacher, Rebecca supports clients and creates/designs content, learning tools and workbooks to best address the needs of teachers in today's classrooms.
Growing up bilingual in Ottawa, ON, she went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Biology at UMass Amherst in the U.S., before continuing on to obtain her Bachelor of Education from Western University in 2019.
Rebecca is a former high school French Immersion Science teacher and TpT author, teaching mainly Grades 9-10 Science and Grade 9-11 French. She is also a former swim coach, after swimming competitively herself for 15 years.
She now lives in Victoria, BC on beautiful Vancouver Island.
